Dear Neighbors, This is our first website communication with respect to introductions and sharing informations about our neighborhood.My name is Irv Sturner and I am the editor and webmaster for this community website, "The HRHOA NewsLetter" I reside with my wife Alice at 36 Moccasin and we have lived here 13 years as the original homeowners. I have been a Board member for 3 terms in the early years of the community, and I have seen our community grow from slabs and dirt surroundings into this beautiful mature neighborhood. I am very proud to live here and to know that I have contributed to the growth of this wonderful tract. I took on this responsibility to act as the Editor and keeper of the website at my own expense. I will commit time and energy to it's maintenance as long as there is positive content contibuted by the owners and the BOD on a timely basis, then we as neighbors can gain insights into the workings and goings on of our Association. The minutes of the BOD meetings will be published timely, as well as new, old, and ongoing business plans as they are discussed at the monthly BOD meetings. I invite any and all positive thoughts and queries directed to me for inclusion into the website. I am requesting that everone fill out the form on the bottom of this page, identify yourself and add comments regarding this project.
